We have been working in partnership with The tiger group for the last few months now, At this moment in time the care sector is in need of finding qualified and the quality of team members, This is a struggle up and down the whole of the country.

Since working with The tiger group, Reiss has been outstanding and this is truthful, The value for money is second to none and the candidates that Reiss puts forward to us, all come with different experiences, knowledge and skill set which is what any home is looking for.

In the last two months we have had 7 new starters that have completed compliance and have all settled in the home and they are fantastic.

It is difficult when trying to recruit but Reiss listens to us as Managers and what we are looking and wanting for our home and he finds them.

Working with Reiss, we have our weekly calls to discuss the progress but also we have calls throughout the week for check in, Reiss makes us feel valued and gets to know us, to build the working professional relationship,
